设备连接失败，例如拔掉ups电源的usb插头，或者ups电源真掉电
拔掉插头断开连接不代表就是没有电，而真掉电根本没有时间再关机处理了吧

感谢反馈，这个保护逻辑是在断掉连接前是电池供电的情况下才会触发，在有市电供电的情况下断掉连接不会触发。
