迅雷，BT等应用无法运行

在安装完迅雷和BT之后，在飞牛网页端运行时提示以下错误：

500 Internal Privoxy Error
Privoxy encountered an error while processing your request:

Could not load template file no-server-data or one of its included components.

Please contact your proxy admini

但是在手机端正常运行。

有谁遇到过吗？
