外接机械硬盘被识别为SSD NVME，无SMART信息，不能自动休眠

设备环境：N100 pve虚拟机，直通USB硬盘第五名给飞牛虚拟机，硬盘座芯片是RTL9210B

BUG现象：外接机械硬盘被识别为SSD NVME，无SMART信息，不能自动休眠。
机械盘应该是被识别为了SSD，且无法获取SMART 信息，导致外接硬盘不能休眠，硬盘接硬盘座连在电脑上有SMART信息，也能正常休眠的。

尝试用用命令行查询SMART信息

如果手动指定设备类型为sat，则识别正常，也有SMART信息

可否优化硬盘的识别，比如auto识别失败，要再尝试其他设备类型
