更新后星空组网无法使用报错

设备环境：（J1900物理机，系统版本0.9.37）

BUG现象：（四个月前，更新系统0.9.13后docker里的compose无法使用，今天更新后0.9.37后compose功能终于恢复正常了，但是星空组网的docker功能出问题了，突然无法正常使用）

应该没问题了，我改了一下yaml代码，将5.0.5版本号，改为latest。重新构建了容器，现在又恢复正常了。
