AVC格式的视频网页版播放会花屏

播放AVC压缩的视频很多会出现图上样子的花屏，有些也可能是一卡一卡的，如果降低画质转码播放倒正常了。

性能不足吧

我用了2台设备都是同样的问题，低配的一台用的4代I3，高配的那台用的5825U，性能肯定没问题，如果是性能的问题，为何转码播放是正常的，性能问题不应该发生在转码播放的时候吗

1.用的什么播放器，飞牛影视还是jellyfin或是emny？
2.看看画面花的时候，转码帧率是多少

1.飞牛影视播放花屏卡顿，potplay和emby播放都是正常的。
2，画面花屏的是不转码直接播放花屏码率1M 卡顿码率3M，转码降低画质后都正常播放，转码码率都是3M全部播放正常，就是不转码直接播放花屏卡顿。
