人脸识别失败，start model error (急迫)

BUG现象：（人脸识别不成功，必然出现start model error）

出现频率：（必现）

PS: 已经试过卸载模型，重新装载模型， 卸载相册，重启系统，重新安装相册，重新安装相册。均报错start model error

我用的我家云硬改2G内存的也是一样的报错，把智能识别里的视频增强识别关掉就好了，不然会触发oom导致trim.txt2vec进程被杀掉。
