飞牛应用版openclaw调用ollama，AI无法正常输出内容

系统版本：X86

设备环境：物理机、任何网络环境均复现、系统版本号：1.1.26，电脑配置为：i3 8100t +tesla p4 +16g内存，ollama模型为Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct Q4_K_M

BUG现象：直接用open web ui 调用ollama对话，非常丝滑流畅，文字几乎秒出，但通过openclaw调用ollama时，对话框一直显示ai在思考，不出内容，非常偶尔的情况下五六分钟能蹦出来一句话，再问就继续卡在思考，但绝大多数情况ai会一直卡在思考，不出内容。（已确保正确在opneclaw应用面板配置ollama，并选择了正确的模型，证据是偶尔能弹出来的对话下面有显示Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct Q4_K_M，ssh到nvidia-smi，看板显示显卡满载，且下面有ollama的进程，载入内存的大小也和模型能对的上）

出现频率：必现，且重装过几次openclaw没有改善
