系统出现假死状态掉IP地址

我使用的平台是华擎X370太极主板+RYZEN2700E+32G内存+128Gm.2系统盘+256G软件及docker盘m.2

系统版本:X86

设备环境:(物理机/虚拟机、局域网/公网/反代/域名/P2P、系统/APP版本号;若为移动端/TV,请提供手机/电视型号及系统版本)

BUG现象:开机使用一段时间,这个时间有长有短没有固定性的,web页面的运行状态就假死,没有数据在跳动,然后打开资源管理器,会一直在转圈,像是在加载中,但是加载不出来,在使用手机app连接也是一样的现象,都是假死状态,然后局域网内通过软路由是看不到该NAS的ip,属于是网络直接掉出去的,因为一开始怀疑是M.2硬盘问题,也特意更换了几个,还是老样子毛病,然后又怀疑是内核问题,有从目前最新的6.18降级到6.12还是会出现,现在目前正准备降级至更早版本的内核!

感谢反馈!这类假死掉 IP 需要结合时间点判断,麻烦确认具体 fnOS 版本和大致发生时间,在日志app中,如有报错日志导出后通过外链或网盘发我们。

我也遇到了,ssh后台也无法操作、scp传输文件也会链接中断。我一开始还以为是zfs文件系统选择的问题,结果换成推荐brtfs文件系统,发现问题依然存在。

今天我已经从最新的6.18版本的内核退回到6.6.38的内核,然后又遇上了挂载点失败的问题,通过重启-挂载-重启解决了,暂时先使用6.6.38内核使用看看,再有什么问题再来反馈

系统内核6.6.38,然后M.2的启动盘设置为不休眠+NAS自动PING网关,断开后自动重启NAS,到目前已经正常运行11个小时,没有重启没有掉IP现象

内置硬盘设置为不休眠,确实能有效缓解假死的现象,但我发现一旦进行大数据量读写的时候,如上传、下载文件,相册进行AI分析、识图啥的,就又会频繁出现假死的情况。但如果任务结束后,就不会了。  详情 回复

我有遇到类似问题,硬件是富士通q558,g5420t。也是时长不定,出现掉线无法访问,路由器里显示设备离线。这种问题出现后关机只能强制关机。
