开启OVS网络HA套件服务异常

设备环境：物理机飞牛0.9.8版本

BUG现象：开启OVS网络之后HA套件Xiaomi Miot Auto就连不上小米服务了，估计和dns有关

HA日志requests.exceptions.ReadTimeout: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.io.mi.com', port=443 ssl:default [Could not contact DNS servers]上一个版本没问题
