飞牛相册照片时间显示不正确，未按照片拍摄地时区显示

设备环境：（物理机、局域网、0.9.15系统/相册0.8.49）

BUG现象：（我通过PC设备访问，打开相册后查看照片，照片上时间不正确，时区未按当地时区显示，显示均为北京时间）

出现频率：（必现）

日志文件：（暂无）

使用第三方MT-photos查看照片，日期时间则显示正确
