飞牛NAS重启后虚拟机无法自动启动

设备环境： 物理机、局域网、系统版本：0.9.30

**BUG现象：**NAS在手动重启或者升级自动重启后，虚拟机应用可以正常启动，但内部的虚拟机有部分无法启动，我一共有3个虚拟机，一个win10，两个debian，win10可以正常自启动，但是debian都需要登录后在界面手动启动才行
