昨天更新后无法通过脚本启动

设备环境：（物理机、局域网/公网/反代/域名/P2P、系统0.9.37）

BUG现象：（脚本启动docker提示没有镜像，重新拉取后故障依旧，好像是识别不到我有镜像）

把占用的进程关闭后，还是会提示没有镜像。前面提示占用，是因为没有先停止。
