设备环境：虚拟机、局域网、版本号无法查看
BUG现象：用浏览器登录提示“系统内部错误”，无法登录，但是通过ssh可以正常访问，而且 SMB和iSCSI服务都能正常使用。登录时HTTP应答如下：

出现频率：必现
