飞牛控制台创建nginx启动失败

设备环境：物理机、局域网

BUG现象：
1、WEB界面操作创建nginx容器，启动失败
2、用SSH创建就正常，docker run -d -t -p 8080:80 --name nginx nginx:latest

同样的问题，web直接创建不行，用compose就可以。
似乎是daemon off给分成两个参数了
